SPMS provides the following services. Although most of our experience has been in the field of Information Technology, other types of support are considered on a case by case basis.
- Temporary or supplemental project management to, for example, provide continuity when an in-house Project Manager is not available.
- Project management advocacy for vendor-led projects.
- Project reviews of existing projects including reviews of project documentation.
- Project Control Books.
- Lessons Learned and Best Practices reviews.
- Decision support and project meeting planning and facilitation.
- Mentoring of in-house project managers.
